Schonsheck, Inc. performed design-build services for the U.S. headquarters of Zimmermmann, Inc. from Neuhausen Germany. Our design team capitalized on the opportunity to locate the building on a corner lot to maximize their exposure and conveniently service their customers. The offices were designed to blend with the R&D space and provide for future expansion. Our designers also helped guide visitors into the building by carrying the exterior concrete through the entry door and onto the polished concrete lobby floor.
